Dr. Alisha Bhatia found herself interested in medicine but didn't want a prescription pad as her only tool. During her first term in undergraduate school at Portland State University she enrolled into an "Intro To Pre-Med" class her first term where she was introduced to an array of health care professions, it was there that a Naturopathic Doctor came and explained the medicine to the class while serving tea, and Dr. Alisha says it was like love at first site. From that point on she knew that this was the medicine she wanted to practice!
Being born and raised in Portland, OR she was fortunate to have the first and founding Naturopathic Medical school in her back yard, National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM). She served as a student ambassador both at PSU and NCNM (Presidential Ambassador Leadership Society) where she fundraised, to help NCNM's community clinics for the underserved population.
Dr. Alisha has a passion for education. She has been in private practice since 2011. Living in Temecula, CA she enjoys the sunshine, reading health and personal development books, and staying active in her garage gym or nearby hiking trail with her husband, a physical therapist and their fur-baby.
Her motto is, "If you don't have your health, what do you have?"
